Adapted from Better Homes and Gardens “New Cookbook.”
1/2 cup fatfree vegan mayo (Nayonnaise or homemade)
1 Tbs. cider vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix well together. Stir into about 4 to 4.5 cups coleslaw mix – shredded cabbage, carrot, green pepper, onion.
