Did not taste like Italian dressing to me, but was very good. I will definitely make this again.

ketchup normally has high fructose corn syrup and loads of salt-not so good for us. I use chilli sauce (homemade) in place of it.

Sounds intriguing! But what proportions of ketchup and vinegar? Equal amounts of each? Red wine vinegar or some other kind?

I thought this tasted pretty good – and it takes very little effort to make. I have been trying to find an easy dressing that had that flavour. Thank-you. 🙂
