half a 10.5 oz package soft silken tofu
1 very ripe banana
1/4 to 1/3 C plain soy milk or water
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour over pancakes, waffles, fruit salad, or mix with cooked rice and sprinkle with cinnamon and raisins for instant rice pudding.
