Add the following ingredients in this order, and then set your machine on its rapid bake setting:
1 cup plus 4 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vital wheat gluten
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup rice syrup
1 1/2 tbsp. soy powder (SoyQuick) (optional, but good)
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Push start and wait for your freshly baked loaf.

Made this with 10 oz water, 12 oz King Arhur White Weat flour and 1/4 cup maple syrup instead of rice syrup.Ommitted soy milk powder. Smaller denser loaf than bread made with bread flour but very good.(Made in Westbend dual blade horizontal pan machine on basic cycle, set to 1 to 1-1/2 lb loaf size and medium crust, coated pan, posts and blades with avocado oil.)
