cook some whole wheat pasta
sauce:
simmer a little water in a pot (about 1/2 c)
add as much mushrooms slices and cut into pieces as you like
let them simmer for about 10 minutes
season to taste with powdered veggie broth, salt, pepper, a little cilantro and cardamon (of each a pinch) and 1/2 tsp soy sauce
fill with water and/or low-fat soymilk or ricemilk and bind with a little ground rice
mix it with the pasta

Hi, I did not understand the step where you said to fill it with water and/or low-fat soymilk or ricemilk and bind with a little ground rice. Could you please elaborate?
