1 c. grated raw carrot
1/4 c. water
2 oz tofu
1 tspn soy sauce
1 tspn sesame oil
1/8 tspn ginger
Blend until smooth. Serve on Bok Choy or veggies.

Taste good, but I added more soy sauce.
